The range swells across a ‘color-hearing’ cyborg, to someone who’s slightest body twitch can create music, to the creator of a musical in a maximum security prison, to someone who can belt acoustic 3D rhythms, to a circuit bender from Moscow, to someone who synchs his beat boxing with his visual programming, to someone who developed Southern Illinois University’s first digital media arts and animation specialization, to a modern dancer who has collaborated with Merce Cunningham, to the Co-Founders of Jaaga – a community based art-architecture project, to one of India’s leading biotechnologists, to the founder of The Wall Project India, to one the authorities on the AVR microcontroller, to a frontline mainstream Hindi film director, to someone who has mastered the hammered dulcimer, to someone who is promoting collaborations among third sector leaders, to someone who is planning a new world, to someone who got fired for running award-winning guerrilla campaigns but went on to create India’s largest media monitoring firm, to one of India’s leading digital artists and there are still lots more!
In the screening area, we will have the freshest art video and short creative videoworks from the world over including Cologne Film Festival, Chicago International Film festival and many independently curated collections from Sweden, Austria, Iran, Chile, Argentina, Lebanon, Greece, Scotland, England, Spain, Serbia, Brazil, Japan, Nigeria, Ecuador, Mexico, Bangladesh, Latvia, Italy, Finland, Romania and yet more!
